Ghanaian music superstar Daddy Lumba takes a trip back in time by telling the story of his hit song “Theresa Abebrese”.
DaddyLumba shares his “Theresa song” saying that Theresa is pretty good to him. He said she facilitated his trip to Germany by paying 50% of his Germany travel expenses.
He expressed his deep gratitude to Theresa and her family for their kindness to him at a time when he needed it most.
Lumba points out that when he considers Theresa’s affection for him, he is bound to draw inspiration from her act of kindness, from which comes the song “Theresa”.
He revealed that they met in high school in the early eighties.
