GHANA TO HOST THE AFROBREAK INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

The AfroBreak championship is organized by Africa Breaking Academy and AfroBreak Concepts. This concept was born out of the fusion of “Afro Dance and Breaking” spearheaded by Nana Tuffour Okai (Bboy Lyricx).

Bboy Lyricx has preached “AFROBREAK” to Africa and the World at large over the years. Attending Symposiums and summits within and outside of Africa has yielded a massive result in the shape of coming to being of the AFROBREAK INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2023.

The structure of the International tournament is such that, there will be an intra-country qualifier for all countries that will be representing in the main tourney. Top performers will be selected from each country to compete in Ghana, on November 2023.

Ambassade de France au Ghana StreetOff and other organizations have partnered with Africa Breaking Academy to bring to you this edition as always.

Here is a list of African countries that will be representing and the dates for their qualifiers:

1. Tanzania Qualifier – 23rd June 2023
2. East Africa Qualifier – 24th June 2023
3. Ghana Qualifier – September 2023
4. Nigeria Qualifier – September 2023
5. South Africa Qualifier – To Be Announced
6. Benin Qualifier – TBA
7. Togo Qualifier – TBA
