‘For All the Dogs’: Drake’s new album is released

Following a brief delay, Drake’s album “For All the Dogs” has been released. The Canadian rapper, who initially announced his eighth studio album last month, dropped his latest work on Friday. This comes after Drake’s two releases from the previous year, “Honestly, Nevermind” and “Her Loss,” in collaboration with 21 Savage. The new album comprises 23 tracks, featuring collaborations with artists such as 21 Savage, J. Cole, SZA, Bad Bunny, and more.
In a recent episode of his SiriusXM series, “Table For One,” Drake expressed his pride in the album and gratitude for the continued interest in his music. He also mentioned his intention to take a break from the studio, possibly for a year or longer, to prioritize his health and fulfill promises he made to others.
Regarding the album artwork, there was controversy surrounding the cover for “Slime You Out,” Drake and SZA’s first track together. Drake used a photo of Halle Berry being slimed at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards without her approval, which disappointed the Oscar-winner. In contrast, the cover art for “For All the Dogs” features a safer choice—an illustration by Drake’s six-year-old son, Adonis. Adonis also makes an appearance in the video for “8 AM In Charlotte” from the album, where he dances alongside his father and shares his artwork.

The tracklist: “For All the Dogs,” includes the following songs:
- “Virginia Beach”
- “Amen” (feat. Teezo Touchdown)
- “Calling For You” (feat. 21 Savage)
- “Fear of Heights”
- “Daylight”
- “First Person Shooter” (feat. J. Cole)
- “IDGAF” (feat. Yeat)
- “7969 Santa”
- “Slime You Out” (feat. SZA)
- “Bahamas Promises”
- “Tried Our Best”
- “Screw the World” (Interlude)
- “Members Only” (feat. PartyNextDoor)
- “Drew a Picasso”
- “What Would Pluto Do”
- “All the Parties” (feat. Chief Keef)
- “8 AM in Charlotte”
- “BBL Love” (Interlude)
- “Gently” (feat. Bad Bunny)
- “Rich Baby Daddy” (feat. Sexyy Red & SZA)
- “Another Late Night” (feat. Lil Yachty)
- “Away from Home”
